1) Segmentation and Reassemble - подуровень сегментации и сборки, подуровень SARв сетях ATM - один из двух подуровней AAL. Делит перед передачей поток данных (PDU), поступающий с более высоких уровней (CS), на 48-байтные ячейки и собирает данные из поступающих по сети ячеек. Обычно реализуется в виде отдельной микросхемы в сетевом контроллере. Существуют различные стандарты, определяющие методы деления данных на ячейки. Они называются ATM Adaptation Layers (см.
